    Hello, Me and my husband have been regular Boston Pizza customers for years but I have to say our last visit which was tonight was very disappointing. The service was poor, our order was messed up the wrong thing came out, she brought it back to the kitchen to figure it out and then 5 min later it came out cold and she said they were cooking the pork ribs to add because they had missed them. They came out rushed and barely cooked it was disgusting and frankly could have caused us to be sick. We didn't eat the ribs and she only gave us 5 dollars of our bill even though the majority of the food was inedible. I do not want to say this will be our last visit but frankly it was not an experience we would want to repeat. Just thought I should let you know as I am not he only one who feels this way. I am also considering contacting Jim Treliving about this.
